When a heavy load or trailer drops your rear suspension, steering and braking can feel off. The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 air springs add up to 5,000 lbs of load-leveling support to keep your ride height where it should be. By distributing weight evenly across all four wheels, they reduce strain on your factory suspension and help maintain proper headlight aim. Even under a full load, your truck stays level, stable, and ready for the next climb or braking zone.
Every haul is different, and this setup adjusts to match. The LoadLifter 5000 lets you fine-tune each spring from 5 to 100 psi using the manual inflation valves included in the kit. Inflate both sides equally for front-to-back leveling or independently for side-to-side balance when hauling uneven loads. Whether you’re towing heavy or driving unloaded, it’s easy to get the comfort and control you want with simple air adjustments.
Load support only matters if it lasts. Each air bag is made from 2-ply, fabric-reinforced rubber with corrosion-proof Zytel nylon endcaps that are lighter and stronger than steel. Air Lift’s exclusive upper and lower roll plates add extra protection against road shocks while boosting the springs’ load capacity. The result is a kit that resists leaks, rust, and wear so you can count on it season after season.
Installing real suspension support doesn’t have to be complicated. The LoadLifter 5000 comes with all necessary brackets, hardware, air lines, and manual valves for a complete install. Mount the springs, route the airlines, and use the included valves—typically mounted on the bumper—for easy access to air adjustments. Add an optional compressor system later if you want automated pressure control. It’s a clean setup built with the do-it-yourself installer in mind.

Came quick, and was as advertised
I think it would have been much easeier with instructions this is crap am i supose to guess how they go
Good Instructions,easy to install.
Real good service and a lot of help from your support team that is very much appreciated thank you have a good day
I just got them installed yesterday have not drove the mh yet
Installation it's not too bad if you follow the directions. It does not include enough air line for a motorhome. You have to buy an extension and two couplers. Unfortunately, this increases your risk of leaking. I needed to buy about 15 ft of air line. It's enough line for most trucks but not a motorhome.

Thank you for your insight, Scott! I know this will be helpful information for someone shopping this in the future.
The parts I wanted. Very fast shipping. The web site made it easy to look up my motorhome.
Putting these on my motorhome, I think I will know better once we actually use them, but so far everything seems very promising. But looking good so far!
These air bags changed my world. I used to have to hold the steering wheel with both hands constantly. Especially when a semi passed me. These air bags stopped most of the swaying from happening. I run 50 psi in the front and 70 psi in the rear.
2016 ACE 29.3.
The product works great but the installation on my particular motorhome was extremely hard and many modifications had to be made
Easy website navigation, great installer suggestions and fast delivery
Good set but requires a lot of job drilling removing assembling
Made a big difference in the ride and h andling
Installing these were a game changer for how the motorhome handled with or without the trailor that we pull. I plan on adding a set of air bags for the front axle in the future. Very happy.
Great shipping, instalation instructions were Great and Ride results as expected.
fast service thank you
Product well made, met my expectations.Video was very helpful on understanding how to install the product on my motor home.Class A 2019 Ford F 53
When you use the bolts to hold down the manifold, they're all hex heads. It's almost impossible to get a socket or a wrench on it to tighten it properly. I also ordered airlift helper springs for the front and the back. But I ordered the kit number for the air compressor 74000. That kit is designed for airlift helper springs. But because I ordered front and back I have four. I will make it work. I just thought someone should have caught that on your end.
The air springs solved my driveway clearance issues. Set compressor to 100 lbs for an extra 2” of ground clearance and lowered them to 30 lbs after exiting driveway for cruising. Hardest part of installation was drilling 1/2” holes for the upper mounts. Left the rear duals on for the install. Love the rise at 30 lbs. much smoother and more stable on the road. (2014 Winnebago Vista 31KE) Kelly L. was a great help when ordering!
I can’t believe how much putting these rear springs on my 2021 Jayco Alante Class A has helped the whole suspension and ride.
We took the RV all the way to Alaska through AB, BC, and Yukon Canada. I started with low pressure at 60 psi to see how it performed but ended up having the air set at 80 psi. I would definitely recommend these to anyone with a Ford F-53 suspension who struggles with the ride and comfort.
